A compatibility matrix called the Cisco Unity SCCP Compatibility Matrix is available
at Cisco.com (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/compatibility/
matrix/cutspmtx.html). Refer to most recent information to figure out whether the Cisco
Unity-CM TSP and the CUCM versions are compatible. This information is crucial for
planning an upgrade.
The compatibility matrix provides information about the version of the Cisco Unity-CM
TSP that is required for a specific version of CUCM. Download the appropriate version to
your Cisco Unity system and then start the installation of the Cisco Unity-CM TSP.
